Head Chair
Keshav Rawat
Hello! I’m Keshav, a 15 year old student at Singapore American School, and I’ll be the Head Chair of ECOSOC at MYMUN XX! In my MUN journey so far, I have attended five conferences as a delegate, and three as a chair. Each time, I really enjoy debating in committee and promoting a supportive environment for our future leaders. What I have found throughout my experience in MUN is that although governments and bodies can create laws and policies as much as they want, they’re often hindered from helping out the most vulnerable people in our societies and economies. That’s why I’m overjoyed to be chairing ECOSOC this year, and getting the chance to make true change at the grassroots level for the most vulnerable of stakeholders. With all that being said, I’m really happy to have this chairing opportunity, and excited to meet with you all for a great MYMUN in January!
Deputy Chair
Srinithi Chidambaram
Srinithi is a student at Singapore American School, and having started MUN in 9th grade, Srinithi has participated in 5 MUN conferences both in Singapore and in India. Having previously participated in ECOSOC as a delegate, Srinithi hopes to encourage delegates to contribute and create resolutions. Through MYMUN XX, she hopes to become a better public speaker and leader and aims to find effective ways to mitigate current issues. She looks forward to chairing the ECOSOC Committee at MYMUN XX
